Great value and traditional food
Spent Xmas holidays at a countryside hotel in Slovakia. The location was convenient with stunning views of the nearby castle and nature. Despite language difficulties, the staff was friendly and helpful. The food had authentic Slovakian taste and they served large portions. The prices were reasonable for the quality and quantity of food. The hotel room was clean and comfortable.
the language barrier was a problem, as the staff had minimal English, making it hard to communicate. The limited options for breakfast could have been varied, and the portion size could have been reduced to minimize waste.

We had a great time during our stay. The best aspects were the comfortable and modern facilities, traditional and delicious food at reasonable prices, friendly and helpful staff despite language barriers, and the stunning views during the walk up to the castle.
There was nothing we didn't like.

During our Christmas stay, we were pleased with the warm atmosphere and the friendly staff. the restaurant offered delicious and reasonably priced food. the location was perfect for exploring the beautiful natural surroundings.
The air conditioning system was too noisy, making it hard to sleep at night. we were asked to order breakfast the night before, which made us feel rushed and limited in our options.

The cozy pension was situated in a great location with stunning views of the castle. the room was clean and beds were comfy, but the bathroom was basic and could use some upgrades. the friendly staff provided delicious traditional food at reasonable prices and parking was convenient. a good value for the price.
The lack of English-speaking staff made it difficult to communicate with some of the employees.
